Responding to the demands of Dr. Khoi Ha-Ngoc and his team, we were tasked to capture photography and film the clinic’s newly renovated and aesthetic aspects. Their goal is to provide each member of Dentisterie Hanok with an optimal work space, but also and above all to improve the patient experience by bringing all dental services under the same roof. With the mandate to determine the clinic’s brand imagery direction we made sure we gave the public something to relate to and not rely on stock imagery.

We were tasked to create brand imagery that really represented the clinic in its essence. Most dental clinics (agencies that build their sites) tend to use stock imagery which is extremely hurtful to the clinic’s overall brand image. We have proposed organic visuals to build a trustworthy identity and showcase what they truly are. This way we assured the images feel natural, won’t be ignored by the viewer and won’t give poor first impressions, unlike stock imagery.

Brand imagery that is unique is crucial for a brand's success as it helps to convey a message of authenticity, transparency, and quality to potential customers.
